Are There Refunds Or Cancellations?Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds or offer cancellations. All sales are final.

Do You Ship Island Creole Box Internationally?We currently ship in the U.S and Canada only. However, we cannot promise a guarantee delivery date and delivery delays once we ship your gifts. International shipment to Canada may take 1-30 days to arrive to your doorstep. We are not responsible for any applicable governmental taxes/custom fees for international shipmnents that arise.

What If My Package Is Lost/Stolen?You will recieve a tracking number with each order. Unfortunately, we are not reponsible for lost/stolen packages especially if it's marked delivered. All claims can be made for lost/stolen items can be made with USPS.com. Please ensure address is correct when placing orders, especially when sending gifts to loved ones. Also make certain you have a secure location where you can receive packages.
